Establishing a Relationship with Prudential

I recently have been meeting with many real estate agents at this exciting new east bay office space in Piedmont (Oakland, CA) on a regular basis BUT that didn’t happen until one day I walked in cold wanting to introduce my VirtualTourSF.com side-business. The office managers were in the middle of their marketing meeting discussing a newspaper print ad that still needed to be designed.

I asked them important questions around their call to action and what type of response they wanted to receive as well as what message needed to be crafted. I offered my design services for free for a chance to say hello and everyone thought the ad turned out pretty great!

This past weekend I also got a chance to shoot a Virtual Video Tour with one of the agents so Win Win! Read more…

Barkitecture Campaign

Since early May I’ve worked on a huge project for Promenade Temecula Mall on a campaign called Doggie Days of Summer featuring their main event: Barkitecture – a contest for those who can build the most awesome dog house! I had to design the event’s brand look and feel, newspaper ads, mall signage, banners, brochures – you name it! It was a fun project and was a huge success! Over 28 dog houses were submitted and the month-long event attracted many visitors from all over Southern California region. Read more…
